My story
As President and CEO of Spirituality for Kids (SFK.org) , a certified professional coach, and a mother of five wonderful, imperfect human beings, I’ve come to see parenting as a transformational journey, both for our children and for us. I believe that children teach us just as much as we teach them. As we parent our children, we also have the opportunity to let go of old patterns, grow, and connect with our own souls.
I welcome you on a joyful quest to create strong and meaningful connections with your children, so you can truly support them as a channel of love, compassion, and self-awareness. Your commitment and courage will generate greater peace and harmony within your family and within your community and the world.
On this site, I share insights and the easy, practical tools that I use both professionally with parents around the world, and personally to support me in being the change I want to see in my own children.

As a result of Michal’s coaching, the energy in our home has completely shifted. It’s definitely lighter and more loving. We’re focused less on what they’re not doing and more on how we can be more empathic and caring.
